Julie is a screenwriter and Sharon’s neighbor. Life sometimes wields a double-edged sword. While today was Sharon’s birthday, she also had buried a dear friend. Sharon was able to laugh at my ridiculous appearance when Julie introduced me. However, when I sang the Ave Maria” Julie had requested, Sharon cried. I reached for her in comfort and held her close as I sang and felt the release of her emotion. She, in tears and smiles, thanked me. I thank Sharon and Julie both for this beautiful experience.
