The Northeastern Illinois Norwegian Elkhound Association (http://www.neaa.net – search for NEINEA) hired OperaGram.com® to sing the Canadian and American national anthems to open the Norwegian Elkhound Show at the DuPage County Fairgrounds!
Although I was prepared to sing the Québécois verse of “O Canada,” the organizers thought the English verse alone would suffice as most Canadian folk were from Toronto.
In recent Tweets and Facebook posts, I posed the question as to whether Norwegian Elkhounds would howl along to Canadian and/or American National Anthems. I thought the howling was amazing… and the dogs sounded great too. But you can watch the videos below to see the answer for yourself.
